Lost and Stolen Packages: NAILSENTIALS is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once they depart from our fulfillment center. For any lost or stolen packages, please make a claim with the carrier.
Damaged Packages: NAILSENTIALS is not responsible for any packages that are damaged during shipment.
